Release of the four nominees for the Children’s Peace Prize 2007

During the special performance in the Royal theatre of Carré ‘KidsRights in Carré’ were the four nominees for the International Children’s Peace Prize 2007 released. Four brave and inspiring children were selected out of many by the Selection Committee. Chizaso from Zambia, Meshack from Congo, Klodeta from Albanië and Thandiwe from Zambia.

Press Conference Christmas Celebrity Circus

15th November, 10:00 to 12:00.
In the last few weeks, twenty Dutch celebrities, together with the Afrika!Afrika! circus artists trained and worked hard on the acts that they will perform in the special Christmas Celebrity Circus. They are doing this for the sole purpose of setting the children in this world, who fight so hard for their basic rights, under the spotlight, and to support them. On 15th November, during the press conference in the Afrika!Afrika! tents, the first names of the celebrities will be announced. The Christmas Celebrity Circus will be recorded in the Afrika!Afrika! tents on 17th December and televised on 25th December on TROS, Nederland 1, from 20:15 until 22:15.
